A blog devoted just to my scriptwriting. That’s all I’m going to blogging about here. |
Not as Good as I Wanted It to Be I was hoping to get seventeen episodes synopses written for my Water Wars scriptwriting project so that I could end the third season of The Bible for this project. But I didn’t get quite that many written yesterday at work. I only got twelve of them done. And I had to force myself to do that many. Why didn’t I get more written? The usual answer to that question is work. And in a way, it is because of work. Only it’s not because of where I work. That was a very normal Sunday. It wasn’t too busy at work at all. No, it’s not about work. But it is work-related. It’s about the company that I work for. About halfway through my shift yesterday I got a call from my Site Supervisor. And he wants me to work at my old post all day today. Last weekend it was four hours on both Saturday and Sunday. Then it was four hours at my normal post. Maybe it was a couple of weeks ago that happened. I can’t remember without looking at my blogs. Either way, I’m working there today. And I’m sure that slowed me down a little bit in my writing. But that wasn’t the only reason why I didn’t get more written yesterday. I had a few synopses I had trouble writing. It took me several re-writes to do them. some of them only after part of the synopsis is written. And some that were finished or almost finished before I started re-writing them. So, in a way I did get seventeen or more of them done or very close to it. Today, I’m going to try to do at least the five synopses that I need to finish season three. I’m hoping to do five to ten more of them. And if I was at my normal post, I probably would be able to do ten to fifteen of them. but since I’m at my old post, I may be lucky if I get five to ten of them done. However many that I get I’m going to get as many of them done as I can.
