The Ninth Day of Ridvan

"O God! Refresh and gladden my spirit. Purify my heart. Illumine my powers. I lay all my affairs in Thy hand. Thou art my Guide and my Refuge. I will no longer be sorrowful and grieved; I will be a happy and joyful being. O God! I will no longer be full of anxiety, nor will I let trouble harass me. I will not dwell on the unpleasant things of life.

I'm in a rut. I got an electric scooter today. It's the kind that you can sit down on and use to ride on the sidewalk. It doesn't go very fast, but I don't need fast. I'm planning on using it about an hour or so a day to get out into the sun. I'll also us it when I go to the doctor or blood services. I need to make a few changes in the way I do things, and this is the best way to start.

I'm going through one of my "I don't want to do this phases". Part of the problem might be vitamin D. I ran out of it a while back and haven't been able to afford it. I'll order some more on May 1. In the mean time, I'll just have to put up with the way I feel.
