Honesty In Fiction
Prompt: Joy asked us what we think honesty in writing fiction is.

I wasn't sure how to answer. In fiction, we write tall tales and if we are passionate about what we are writing, and love our story and characters, that is being honest. We do our best, don't take short cuts and give our stories all the attention they need, that is honest writing. If we are bored with the story and write it just to finish it and don't care, that is not being honest. This is how I view honesty in fiction writing. Do your best and put your heart and soul into it. You will love the results!
