Well you know what they say? To assume makes an ass out you and me🧐

Off the top of my head I actually can’t think of a time making an assumption caught me out, although there must have been many times, I’m certainly not infallible.

Poor communication is always the cause of misunderstandings, whether it is as simple as assuming a person meant he’d meet you at the usual place when in fact he meant somewhere else, or getting it completely wrong. Example, a person may assume a marriage proposal was forthcoming, but then finding out that actually the guy’s married with six kids!
Haha, that’s not what happened to anyone I know, believe me, but what an assumption that would be!
Oh I’ve just thought of an assumption I made. I think I assumed writing a book would be easy!
