09 - In The Maze
can't help but stare, she runs her fingers through her hair,
a touch of fire, seducer's gaze.
or is my mind still in the maze?

her smile's like air, intoxicating, lungs ensnared,
to breathe her in, a sign of praise.
or is my mind still in the maze?

she's set her anchor by my feet, she's of the sea,
from the unknown, a sacred place.
or is my mind still in the maze?

on her throne she seems out of reach, impairs my speech,
i've followed signs and walked for days.
or is my mind still in the maze?

with her i'm lost, awake at night i turn and toss,
no black or white, i crawl through grays.
or is my mind still in the maze?
