Time For Rituals

Prompt: I remind myself once again that is time, plenty of time, for favored rituals, if you simply decide there is time."

I haven't planted flowers in 2 years because I get tired of watering them. I decided not to do pumpkins this year. Autumn doesn't last long and you throw them out 5 weeks later. I have a had sinus infection and maybe I am making up excuses. I don't know. I took time out to go to my second cousin Emma's special dinner at a restaurant an hour and 15 minutes away a few months back.

I plan on putting up Christmas decorations and doing Christmas. Christmas is my favorite and I won't blow it off. I love God and Jesus and Jesus' Birthday is the most special time of year. My husband and I have cook outs on patriotic holidays.

If I am invited to a luncheon, tea, wedding, I will go. I still participate in rituals. I enjoy life as much as I can. I get out seasonal dish towels. They are important to me. I hope I will find time for other rituals as they come along.
