Some Writing Done Today

I haven’t had the time today to do too much writing on my three short stories that I’m trying to write this month. But I have done some writing on them. True, it’s only the brief paragraphs about what these stories are going to be about that aren’t part of the stories themselves. And the single sentences for each section on two of them. But I did get some writing done today.

Why didn’t I get more writing done today? Most of the reason behind that answer has to do with my brother and I moving. We moved to our new place about four weeks ago. But we are still moving out of our old place too. It’s only a few things at a time. That’s why it’s taking so long. Luckily, that is almost over. Then comes the hard part. Cleaning up the place for a deposit that we know we never get back. We hope that we do. But we know that we won’t get any back. Because we never do get any of it back.

The other reason I didn’t get too much writing done today is because of the Member-to-Member Raid that’s coming up this weekend. That’s the Review Raid for this month. I have missed most of them this year for one reason or another. But I don’t want to miss this one. I have only reviewed a couple of group members so far. My goal is to do at least eighteen more by the end of this raid. And I’m hoping to do another ten to twenty more of them. but I will probably be lucky if I can do twenty.

After I get done with this blog entry and post it, I’m going to go back to reading and reviewing. I want to do at least three more before I go to sleep tonight. But I’m hoping to get a few more than that done. It all depends on when I go to sleep tonight. If I stay up until my next blog entry, I should be able to get several more than that done.

Tomorrow, I go back to work. Which means that I’m going back to working on my Water Wars scriptwriting project. But unfortunately, it’s Wednesday. So, I don’t expect to get too much of it done. In fact, I might not get any of it done. I will take it to work with me. Just in case I do have a few seconds to work on it. But I might not even try to do that. It all depends on how busy it is at work. And how I feel when I get there. If it’s like the past six Wednesdays at work, I probably won’t even have the time to get it out to work on it.
