Tag Act and Act One of My Water Wars Project are Done

Didn’t get as much done with my Water Wars scriptwriting project as I wanted to do. Especially, considering it was done on a Sunday. I should have gotten about twice as many single sentences for my first episode Treatment. As it turned out I only got fifty-five of them written.

Why did I only get that many single sentences done yesterday at work? It’s not an excuse. It is just a reason for me not doing it. But I couldn’t concentrate on doing it. And I don’t know why. It wasn’t because of a lack of sleep. I got plenty of that the night before. Wasn’t because of the weather either. And it wasn’t because of work either.

The weather was very gloomy, and the possibility of rainstorms might have been part of the reason why I didn’t get more writing done yesterday. But it’s not the main reason. That’s all me. I’m the one who couldn’t do it. It also wasn’t my work. Usually, Sundays are a little bit busier than Saturdays. But yesterday day wasn’t. In fact, it was one of the slowest, if not the slowest, Sundays that I have ever had there.

Today hasn’t been much better for my writing, though. I’m not going to be working on my Water Wars project until I return to work on Wednesday. But I do still have my WDC Short Story for this month to finish. And I only have a week from today to complete it. I also had one last Short Story for The Masquerade Murder Mystery Challenge to write.

When I got home from work yesterday, I discovered there was one last journal entry for this challenge. So, I had to write a Short Story based on it. Especially, since it was personal. That made it harder for me to write it. But I got it done with a lot of help from myself. What does that mean? You will need to read it to understand that.

After I finished that I went right to sleep because I knew that today was going to be a busy one finalizing my move to the new place. We still had a lot to remove from the old place. And we are going to be doing that tomorrow. Which means I probably won’t get too much writing done tomorrow either.

My brother and I also had a few things to do today regarding our new place. Things like getting trash services started, setting up the rental of the truck for tomorrow, etc. Don’t get me wrong. I did manage to get some writing done today besides this blog entry. It wasn’t much. But I did get some of my WDC Short Story for this month done. I will continue working on it after I post this blog entry.

Don’t know how much of it I will get done. but I need to finish doing at least the first part of five. If I don’t, I might not get it finished in time. And if I do, it won’t be a very good one. I know that it doesn’t matter with this contest. But I still want it to be the best it can be.
