Even if "the goal falls short of the reach",
one must continue attempting
to reach the goal.

Life is a struggle
from the moment one leaves
the womb
to the moment
soul and body are separated
at death.

Sometimes
there is a pause in the struggle,
to let soul and body
catch a breath,
after which,
the struggle continues
pushing the individual forward
and helping the soul
evolve.

Lessons are learned
or the tests are repeated
over and over and over again
until the lesson is learned.
