PROMPT September 8th - What do you think makes a good leader? Share an example of a good leader from your life (or alternatively, a poor leader who taught you what not to do).

What makes a good leader? Someone who is willing to take the responsibility for their actions and will admit when they are wrong or screw up. Someone who leads by examples and can motivate their employees. Someone who knows their own strengths and weaknesses, as well as those of their employees. Someone who shows respect for their employees.
