Wasn’t Too Good of a Yesterday for Me or My Writing

This might be another one of my short blog entries. Then again, it might not be. You never know when it comes to me. There have been lots of times when I thought that it would short. Only to have in not so short. And a few times when it turned out to be one of my longer ones. Like this one is starting to look like it’s going to do.

If this one is short, it’s not because of what little writing I got done yesterday at work or what I have accomplished today. It’s because of me. I only got seventy single sentences written yesterday at work. But this time I know why it happened. Usually, it’s because of work. It was very, very, very dead at work yesterday. In fact, I think it’s the deadest that is has been all year. Probably because it’s Labor Day here in the USA this weekend and today.

That isn’t the reason this time, though. I’m the reason why I didn’t get more written yesterday. I couldn’t concentrate on my writing. But it wasn’t the lack of sleep or that I didn’t know what to write. No, it was because of HBO and Cinemax. I’m going to be losing them when I move in two weeks from day. So, I spend all day watching movies.

I got a lot of writing done yesterday. But not as much as I have been doing. I’ve still got one more Tag Act to do. And then I’m done with my Movie Treatment for my Water Wars scriptwriting project. Should be able to get that done next Wednesday when I go back to work. I probably won’t get any more than that done. but I should be able to do at least that much.

That’s enough about yesterday. Now I want to write about today. So far, I haven’t done too much for this blog entry. I did write a little last night before I went to sleep for the masquerade party challenge that I’m involved in for the second year. Other than this blog entry I haven’t done any writing today.

After I post this blog entry, I’m going to do some more writing for the masquerade party challenge before I go to sleep tonight. I’m also going to be thinking about the WDC Short Story contest for this month. I already have the story in my head. Now all I need to do is write it. I’m probably not going to have the time to do that for the next couple of weeks because of our moving to our new place. Once that’s over I can go back to writing my WDC short story for this month.
