Contemplating life

Contemplating Life

I am sitting in the dark, contemplating life.
I reach my hands up to pray, looking for someone to say
this is life.
There is evil in this world, causing me to swirl, and I feel dizzy.
I feel the heat all around; my feet do not touch the ground.
I am half-crazy.
I am only looking up above for my Lord. He gives me love.
I seek goodness where I go, looking for it to and fro.
I need love.
God is teaching me all the things that I need in this life.
He talks to me about love, so that I stay pure as a white dove.
He is with me.
In this life, we are free to make the choices we all need.
Only evil will deceive you
if you let it.
Life is a splendid thing, with all the pain and joy that it brings.
Say glory to our king.
He is worthy.
Remember the golden rule: do unto others as you have them do unto you
and love your brothers and sisters for they are everyone you meet.
Say I love you.
Keep your mouth shut from gossip and your feet away from evil.
Say all glory be to God on the highest.
He is your Savior.
Never be afraid, for you are never all alone. He shall comfort you this day.
He is with you.
