Prompt: What brings joy into your life?

Seeing my son and his wife. They live in Minnesota. I don't get to see them very often. Phone calls and text from friends.

Christmas. I love Christmas, gifts, Christmas music, decorations and everything about Christmas. Eating a Thanksgiving dinner. Easter. I enjoy going to church at Easter and Christmas. I love Easter candy and stuffed bunnies.

Getting good news about lab tests. Waking up with no aches and pains or sinus issues.

Shopping. I love to shop. I like Kohls, Barnes and Nobles and Kate Spade store. I love going to Holland, Michigan. I love seeing the lake. I adore Lake Michigan and like to go there. I enjoy going to Frankenmuth, Michigan to the Christmas Store. They have a nice restaurant there and you can get a big chicken dinner with mashed potatoes, dressing, cheese, breads, jelly, noodles, creamed corn, peas, ice cream. I like going to the cheese store in this city. We stay at a nice hotel.

I love being with my cat and husband. I enjoy watching TV Shows. I like listening to my favorite music. I love writing and reading books. I love Jane Austen. I enjoy church and Bible Study.

I like rain. I enjoy sunny days.

I like wearing hats and cute headbands. Lunch with friends. Being retired! These are my joys!
