Awdl Gywydd: "Talents & Time"

Long before this life is gone
the talents dawn on my mind.
Giftings from my fertile core
rise from store of God so kind.

Questions from my heart are strong.
"Will e'er long I make gifts great?"
From the Spirit comes the key,
"If on me you patient wait,..."

"...your talents will fully serve.
I reserve in mystery
how to use you for my best.
We are blest when you don't see."

In the hands of God so good
merry would I choose to stay.
Hopeful service in His Grace
I now place for lasting Day.
