The Not So Brilliant Entry


Unsure of what to write, Jody sat staring at the paper. She had to find a contest entry somewhere inside her grey matter. White matter? She didn’t know. All she knew was time was short and her ideas shorter.
Then she found it. Was it brilliant? No. Was it an idea? Yes. She picked up the pen and, pressing it to the paper, began, “Unsure of what to write, Jody sat staring at the paper.”
