Slugs

There are many things that I have wondered often about the validity of their existence or better yet, the purpose of their presence here on earth. The appendix serves no vital purpose. It just kind of hangs around with a group of other organs waiting to cause trouble. Roly Poly bugs are cute but pretty much useless. This brings me to the real concern... the slug, a slimy and gross snake wannabe. Their unexpected appearance always startles me, If you find one more will close behind. They are not quick so you have time to season the deck with salt. The spineless creature leaves an unsettling goo in its wake. It sticks to shoes worse than any gum on the market. I think this will be the first question I might ask at the pearly gates. Hopefully, I won't be penalized for such a query. .
