Rain
Global warming has caused the rain to fall consistently in my neck of the woods. The showers of April watered the flowers of May but continue to douse the baseball fields of June. The mountain caps have melted and sent a flood of tears. I caught sight of Noah's Ark floating by my window. The monkey and giraffe spewed a water fountain onto my lawn as they passed. The slip and slide my dog uses to travel out to do his business is buried beneath the mud. A child in a canoe used our roadway as his personal canal. Jesus fed 500 people from the fish living in our gully. I'm still waiting for the wine and bread. Cheese would be nice as well.
In case you can't tell, it's raining again on my day off. I'm unamused!
