Rose Colored Glasses

Prompt: How do you see the world through rose colored glasses?

The world would be perfect. No animal abuse, no shootings, everyone getting along. No pollution on the beach, no wars, no threats of impeachment, a world of love and peace. You take off the rose colored glasses, the world isn't like that at all. It's sad. We face reality, pray, go to church and hope for a better world. Better off to break the rose colored glasses. They are pretty and make the world beautiful but we know it isn't. We live each day as it comes and see the world as it is through our own eyes and glasses. Seeing roses is nice but we all know the world is far from being rosy. Just my thoughts.
