Who is The Bab?1

He is the Primal Point,
He is the bridge between
the age of prophecy
and that of fulfillment:
the long awaited Mihdi.

He is the Primal Point,
John the Baptist come back,
herald of God's great light2,
and Elijah returned:
Morning star shining bright.

He is the Primal Point,
revealer of God's Word,
the dawn of a New Day,
He is the foretold Qa'im:
proclaimed unity's way.

He is the Primal Point
He is the Gate of God,
Twin Manifestation3,
Independent Prophet,
with a Divine station.

Line Count: 20
Form: Monchielle Stanza is composed of 5 6-syllable lines. The first line in each stanza is a refrain. Lines 3 and 5 rhyme. The stanza pattern for a 20-line poem is Rxaxa, Rxbxb, Rxcxxc, Rxdxd.
