Hands Tell A Story
Prompt: Joy asked us to look at our hands and asked if they had wrinkles, blemishes, scars and what do they say about us?

My hands are 63 years old. They have some tanning on them because I was on IV's for a month in the hospital after having extensive bowel surgery. They got tanned a couple years later as a side effect. I wear nail polish all the time and rings when ever I go out. I used to pass out pills for a living as I worked in nursing. My hands did treatments, helped with healing wounds. I scrapbooked, rubber stamps, do some cooking and baking. I use a keyboard. I write with an ink pen. I pet my cat and other animals. My hands have helped others, prayed and still do, drive a car, held hands with boyfriends, held hands with friends, been supportive as well as loving and creative! My friends said I had doll hands years ago and a man once knew a man who hired hand models and said I would be perfect for the job. I never called the man. My hands have done work, been attractive and now they are still supportive. They function and get the jobs done I need to do. I am proud of my hands.
