Episode One Outline Started for This Script Writing Project

I started working on my episode one Outline for my first scriptwriting project yesterday. Unfortunately, I didn’t get as much of it done as I wanted to get done. I only got a paragraph or two past the halfway mark. About a third of what I was hoping I would get done yesterday.

Why did that happen? There are several reasons why it didn’t. the biggest reason is that of work. It wasn’t super busy at work yesterday. But it was a lot busy than normal. At least I think that it was last Thursday. If it wasn’t as busy or busier, it was very close to it.

Another reason why is because I had a little bit of trouble with a lot of my Outline paragraphs. It was either they were too short, too long, or I didn’t know how to write it. It was mostly one of the first two. Being too short isn’t too big of a problem. I can usually add on to a paragraph pretty easily.

It’s the long ones that are the most troublesome. Sometimes they aren’t too bad. But most of the time they are. It usually it’s too bad. They are only a few words into the following line. I can usually adjust the lines above by a word or two to get it into the paragraph length that I want it to be in.

I know that isn’t any informally when it comes to the scripts themselves. But I like it to be with my Outlines and Treatments. Of course, sometimes that can be a big pain in the neck. But the pain is usually a lot lower than that. If you know what I mean. And I think that most of you will know that.

So, what am I going to do today? I’m going to continue to work on my episode Outlines. The only difference now is that I’m not going to get them done by the weekend. If I’m lucky, I will get the episode Outlines done by the end of this weekend. I might even get started on the Treatment paragraphs too.
