It’s All Because of Work

No, the title for this Blog entry is good news. I know that most of my titles are for bad news, but this one isn’t. That may be hard to believe because it has to do with work, but it’s still good news. At least I think that it’s good. After all, not only get four hours of OT at work yesterday, but I got twenty-two regular scene paragraphs done plus about ten Establishing Shot paragraphs done.

What does that mean? It means that I got all my second Act of my Treasure Finders movie Treatment done. I even started working on my third Act, but I didn’t get too much of it done. Only two scene paragraphs and about five Establishing Shot paragraphs. When I got home from work yesterday, I thought about doing a few more, three to be exact, to bring it up to twenty-five, but I decided not to do them.

I’m going to continue working on this movie Treatment at work today. True, I’m hoping to finish the third Act today, but I doubt that I will be able to do that. With only eighteen regular scene paragraphs, and another Establishing Shot or two to do, I may get them done, but I doubt it. My goal is to get another fifteen regular scene paragraphs done.

Of course, it all depends on work. If it’s a normal Saturday, then I will maybe be able to do at least fifteen more. Then again, if it’s a little bit slower than normal then I might be able to get eighteen or more done. I’m hoping for the best, but I’ll be lucky if I will be able to get my goal of fifteen. Whether I get at least fifteen or not, I’m going to get as many as I can do. The more I get done the sooner I will be finished with this movie Treatment.

Once I get this movie Treatment done then I can start on my two-episode Treatments. The way I have been writing them the last few days I might get them all three done by the end of January. I’m very doubtful that is going to happen, but I’m hoping that it will.

I still haven’t decided if I’m going to Create my Outlines on WDC right now or not. After yesterday I’m leaning toward not doing them yet. Why am I saying that? What happened yesterday? The answer to those questions is, it looks like I may be making some changes to my movie Outline. Which means if I’m doing it now, I may be doing it later too.
Still not sure if I’m going to write the scripts for my Treasure Finders project or just the Bible for it. At one time I was going to do the first five movies and television shows and do a poll as to which scripts I should do. Which movie and series you are more like the watch. I still might do that. I’ve got a little bit more time to decide whether I’m going to do that or start working on my scripts.
