At a Recent Interview Session organised by us in NCR to scale up our Delivery team , we did have 6 no shows of the 7 candidates who confirmed their presence .

A note was sent to all thanking them

Dear Mr Aspirer ,

We write to you to share our gratitude to you for having shown keen interest by confirming your presence at the Interview on 16 Th August .

Our colleague on her annual vacations - on a plane even sometimes re confirmed your attendance with you .

You were then sent confirmation mails with the location .

Our India Head then called you a day before !

And Guess what - To all of this you said YES

We do up our office to welcome you - even got lemon grass to relax your nerves , herbal water in a Roman chiseled glass jug .

As the clock struck the hour , we realised you did not show up .

We knew we need to work HARDER to build our brand image , to make it worth the while for you to be a part of us .

Till then we ask again for applications , I must say we missed out on hearing your success stories , of being a part of your Sitar Recital , of playing a game of badminton with you on the court , and hear of your best Hire so far
