Didn’t get too of my scriptwriting done today. I did go some of it at work. Not as much as I wanted to do, though. At home I concentrated on getting the reviews done for The Monthly Script Writing entries from last month. I didn’t get too much of that done either because I had to do a lot of re-editing before I could read them.
When I first start my process of reviewing a script, I need to make sure that it’s within the ten-page limit. I do that by copying it into my Word program. From there I had to re-edit them into the proper scriptwriting format. Of course, I wouldn’t need to do that if they if they hadn’t done some re-editing themselves on WDC. Then again, maybe that wouldn’t have made any difference if they had. It all depends on how they wrote their scripts. Whether they use a Scriptwriting Program or a template like I created?
If they did use a Scriptwriting Program or a template, then they should have re-edited them on WDC. I can understand why they didn’t, though. It does take some time to do it. Going back and forth between your written script and WDC does take a lot of time. I’m not really concerned about that if it looks like it’s formatted correctly. It is important to me, but not as much as the story itself.
What you are about to read (see) is true. Nothing needed to be changed. After all, This has already been translated into a language that we all know and understand - English (German, French, Italian, Russian etc.).
