Flowers, Colorful Beacons

Flowers are those colorful beacons of the sun.

I have to agree. In Holland, Michigan, they have tulips of every color: pink, red, yellow, lavender and they are in a big field by the windmill. This is like a rainbow and yet beacons because they get your attention as the sun shines on them. Flowers anywhere get your attention. They add beauty and color to the land and make you smile. They are like a gift from the sun and the rain. Color always look better in everything. TV, pictures, nature and life. Flowers are like long friends after the winter leaves. They are beacons! They light our way and paths to a better day.

I didn't plant flowers in my planters this year. Flowers do add color to the outside of then house but I have all my animal ornaments out and I enjoy animals. I have fairies, gnomes and lighthouses. Maybe I will plant flowers next year.

I enjoy flowers where ever I see them. They light up my life.
