         He tread the path of sacrifice,
         Whereas...

Moses was a wander in the land,
A refugee, He crossed the burning sand,
Through God's Holy Word
He revealed the Promised Land.

Christ had no place to lay his head,
Homeless, He did not have a bed,
With God's Holy Word
The hungry multitude he fed.

Muhammad was driven from his home,
A landless, exile He did roam,
Through God's Holy Word
He revealed mankind's true home.

The Bab was executed in Iran,
A martyr, He gave His life for humankind,
Through God's Holy Word
He gave eternal life to humanity.

Baha'u'llah was exiled from Persia,
A prisoner, He was following God's plan,
Through God's Holy Word,
He united humanity.

Date Written Unknown. This is about progressive revelation, and the unity of religion. I am not happy with some of the rhymes, so I may rewrite it later. If I do it will probably turn out to be a different poem. When I was copying this poem, I changed some of the words/lines; I am still not happy with it, but it is better then before.
