Happy Valentine's Week to my true friend and campfire partner. Thank you for all the wonderful things you do for me and for others! *^*Heart*^*

I agree. I thought Audrey Hepburn was intellectual and cute and beautiful. A woman can be beautiful and intellectual. Beautiful women go to college as well as not so beautiful. There are dumb blondes who are beautiful but not too smart. Being intellectual and intelligent is a nice thing to be. Maybe we will get a woman President after all.

I am not as smart or as beautiful as I would like to be. I wear pretty clothes, had two years of college and read a lot so I can be smarter. Being a writer helps. If you can't be beautiful and intellectual both, well just be yourself and read a lot. Reading increases knowledge. Some women and men are too educated. You can have too much knowledge and be considered stupid.

I had a nursing job and I learned a lot about diagnosis, medications and medicine. I write and know a lot about writing and I was in two beauty pageants, well three. Beautiful and intellectual? I have a little of both and I have learned to be happy with this. Audrey Hepburn always thought she had a funny face but she was beautiful and she survived World War 2 while carrying secret messages in front of German soldiers, she was smart as well. I am happy to use her quote as a prompt today.
