I guess it makes sense because books do have a tendency to shape one's thinking. That's why I, as a writer, typically only write stuff that is wholesome and uplifting. I have written some horror but the largest percentage of what I write, including my four published works of poetry have been Christian books. If I am to guide somebody's thinking I'd rather guide them toward Jesus Christ.
