Self realization

"Self realization is simple and easy when you sincerely open your heart and mind to the Infinite and have the personal direction (grace) of an enlightened Guru. 🙏🌼
Years of practicing various meditation techniques and methods can then be condensed into a very rapid period of True Self Awareness (Self-realization).

However if you continue to strive to be something that you are not (a concept of what you think you are, or should spiritually become) you will continue to live in confusion. You will continue to be reacting to the world and other people as they appear to be in your confused state of mind (the filters of concepts, conditionings, and faulty interpretations / Karma).

The desire for Self realization is then just a desire to escape when things are not going the way that you expect or want them to.

When you truly become dissatisfied with your egoic efforts to become spiritual, there comes the acceptance (humility) that allows God into your heart. 🙏🌼
A True Guru will then naturally and mysteriously appear in your life to guide you. 🙏
