Uncle: Home at 95

Thank you, Uncle, for your peace
and the life you lived.
Now in Heaven know release,
and Hope that Jesus gives.

Recent days with weakened mind,
were never quite yourself.
Mind restored in life so kind,
you'll never again be put on a shelf.

The eulogy was offered well,
your body stored in earth.
The man you are's alive to tell
great Thanks for the New Birth.

We'll see you in The Morning, Friend,
redeemed in newest Day.
Then nevermore our nearness rend,
our praises e'er display.
