This Glen Campbell song is running through my head. It's been running through my head all night. That's all right with me because Mr. Campbell is one of my favorite vocalist.

November 13 is World Kindness Day. The goal of this day is to "build a kinder and more compassionate world". This celebration of kindness dates from November 13, 1997. Write a blog entry about kindness.

World Kindness Day

David Langness, in the article "What Will You Do for World Kindness Day?"2, gives the background of this wonderful day. This beautiful day was inaugurated twenty years ago (1997) in Tokyo, and has spread to become a worldwide celebration of kindness. While, we should do something kind for someone every day, we do need to be reminded that kindness spreads. A random act of kindness to a stranger has the potential of spreading across the planet.

Spread kindness,
let it become the buttered toast
with your morning coffee.
