Is this not the silliest thing? Imagine your police in spandex uniforms.
I have imagined some female officers in spandex, but I would not dare tell them.
The police are appointed law enforcers and must follow the law.
Does a super hero have legal authority to fight crime?

What is vigilante justice?
Kryptonian Justice might be different from human justice.
Is a super hero bound by our legal system?
