Things In My Yard

Prompt: What strange things have people or the wind left in your yard?

Someone once teepeed our seven foot tree. Another time our mail box got stolen and one other time, our mail box got beat up. We always get beer cans in the yard. One time a poor cat was on our roof and had deflated balloons and ropes attached to him. My husband took the ladder and climbed up to help him off the roof but the cat jumped down and ran off. I pray he was okay.

My lawn ornaments are always getting arranged. Recently, a big, pink mailing bag was in the corn field. This mailing bag had black illustrated cats on it and it came from a place that sells cat items. We get corn stalks in our yard.

One time a goat came to visit but he ran off. Poor thing. We never know what will turn up in our yard.
