Itinerary
---Day 1: A Punta Arenas -- Puerto Natales
After being met at Punta Arenas airport, catch the bus to Puerto Natales bus station, from where you’ll be transferred to your evening’s accommodation at your selected hotel. The rest of the day and night are yours to explore on your own.
Accommodation: Saltos del Paine Hotel (four-star, choice of twin or single room), Costraustralis Hotel (four-star, with ocean view and choice of twin or single room) or Indigo Hotel (four-star, choice of twin with ocean view or single room) in Puerto Natales

Today we are exploring a part of Patagonia. Ultima Esperanza Fjord is Spanish for Channel of Last Hope. Juan Ladrillero named it on 1557. He was trying to use it to reach the Straight of Magellan. Instead, he arrived at a glacier. The waters are frigid. Here you can sight more penguins. The Fjords of Chili were cut thousands of years ago by a glacier. It is a mountainous area and water falls from the shores into the fjord at many places.

The ranches of chili are famous for the beef and llamas they raise. At the ranch you can also take trails by horse or on foot into the mountain. The views are magnificent.

At the hotel we rest and prepare for a more strenuous trip. This one had awesomely beautiful landscape.Now we are at the end of the world having a real adventure.
