Glen Campbell died and he was my favorite country/rock singer. This quote made me smile. "I like to start my day early. It keeps me out of trouble." Do you agree?

An Early Start to the Day

An early start to the day
doesn't always keep me out of trouble,
but it does give me extra time to say
a prayer to guide me on my way.


It seems the older I get, the less trouble I get into. I'm not sure whether this is a results of being older and, presumable, wiser, or it has to do with there being less trouble to get in after turning 65. Whichever it is, it certainly makes life a bit less exciting and stressful. I know when I was younger getting an early start to the day never kept me out of trouble, of course, it never got me into trouble either. Trouble just seemed to happen when I wasn't watching what I was doing.
