I woke up smiling,
refresh from a restful sleep
good dreams echoing.

I took a walk down the block before it got too hot. The temperature is rising toward the triple digits, and some air conditions are running 24/7. Living in Las Vegas isn't easy when temperatures and electric bills start to rise; we need solar panels on every roof in town to keep the electric bills down. Some help is available for senior citizens on fixed income, but the paper work is discouraging while the wait is tiring.
