Blog City Prompt: "I wonder what it would be like to live in a world where it is always June." Lucy Maud Montgomery I live in Indiana and it is May. It is 55 Degrees this past week and rainy. It is also windy. I would love to live where it is always June. 75 Degrees everyday. Sunny everyday and rain, a gentle rain once a week with a nice thunder shower. No tornados or frost. No fog. Flowers all year round. The land is green all year. We could have snow and cold on Christmas Day. The next day, back to June weather. The robins could stay all year. I wouldn't need a coat or gloves. I am sure it is like this in Hawaii. I fell in love with this prompt. June weather and maybe everything is purple, lavender and blue. Lake Michigan would never get iced over. So, Indiana. Where are you spring? Why can't I find you? BCOF Prompt: Snow wants us to write a poem about Peter and his peck of peppers and who stoled them. Here goes. The old lady in the shoe's kids took the peppers and gave some to Jack and Jill. The kids took some carrots, pumpkins and watermelons as well. They are hungry you know. A Italian man who owns a pizzeria near by stopped by to steal some peppers. They go good on pizzas and in spaghetti. Are there any police in Mother Goose Land? Mother Goose wouldn't eat a pepper. Peter can always grow more peppers. He needs to stop whining. He needs to share with the villagers in Mother Goose Land. Personally, I don't like peppers. Did you ever have them leave an awful taste on your food you leave in the freezer? Yuck! Okay. I said my piece. If chocolate comes up missing, you can accuse me. That I do like. Is there a chocolate factory in Mother Goose Land? Simon would probably know. LOL, everyone! ** Image ID #2120652 Unavailable ** |
