Shame, Trigger, Anger
Prompt: Do you think shame can be a trigger for anger?

Yes. I work in mental health. These people have such bad pasts like being raped, one guy was a rapist, another guy was in jail and these people are so rude and hard to control. Another guy who lived where I worked felt guilty for telling how a woman how to leave the facility across town where they lived. She left and got hit by a pick up truck and died. This guy was angry, ran outside and was yelling and screaming. I knew the woman he was talking about because she lived at the place where I worked at. He played on my emotions but I calmly talked to him and he cried and we both felt better.

The people I take care of have anger and shame. I feel sorry for them at times but other times they are a danger to us and ourselves and I have to call reenforcements. It isn't always easy. These people love to blame others for their actions. Some feel shame for something that wasn't their fault. This prompt made me think of my job. Wow.

A beautiful Sig of me by best friend Angel for St. Pats Day.
