What are some of your favorite things about springtime?

Springtime

What are some of my favorite things about spring? Naw-Ruz, on the Vernal Equinox, and the Festival of Ridvan, twelve days in late April and early May. I like Naw-Ruz because it is a New Year. I celebrate Naw-Ruz every year either by going to the New Year celebration held at the Baha'i Center or in my own home by saying the Naw-Ruz prayer. I like the Twelve Day of Ridvan because it celebrates the Declaration of Baha'u'llah. Other things that I like about spring are the singing birds, gentle spring showers, and warmer temperatures. All of these things combine to make spring a joyful and exciting season.
