We live much of life amid unique choices. Joy is anchored in The One beyond our life. |
Title: Failing Forward Yes, Life is tough, the heavy load. We struggle, stretch to climb. The ends don't meet and rough the road. The face has trying time. The back is tired from toilsome goad. Now, rest to be your prime. We must not quit for time is short with many things to do! Our rest is full of great import that strength we may renew. Our lives are always carving ways of common twisted turn. Defeats are oft the scenes of plays, resolved in lessons learned. So, don't give up through slowish days as Vict'ry's etchings burn. Remember House that Ruth did build, though often he struck out. His ev'ry swing with strength was filled. His game was without doubt. The Falcon's nearly won the game, but stopped their efforts short. They should remember fans, who came their purpose to exhort. You must not stop before you're through, if you would reach your goal! The gift that's placed inside of you shows life restored and whole. Success is failure used as tool to shine away the doubt. We fail and fail as living rule, while learn what Life's about! When falling be as stubborn mule, who will yet end his route. The principle we must now see is failing forward best. We fail until we learn to be the one, who masters test. by Jay O'Toole on March 13th, 2017 |
