SpaceHoles aka
SpaceDarkness

SpaceHoles aka SpaceDarkness are what we used to call Black Holes. Then Star Trek returned and they were referred to as Wormholes. But most of the universe call them either SpaceHoles or SpaceDarkness.

Wormholes are called that because they have openings at both ends and a worm shaped tunnel connecting them. That's not exactly the truth. But it's pretty close to it. There are one or more openings at both ends. All around it. You just need to know how to access them.

The myth, legend, etc. is that if you go into one of these that you are lost forever. Some say that you are dead. Neither is true. But the first one sort of is. SpaceHoles, or whatever you want to call them, are internal galaxies. When a planet, moon, comet, spaceship, etc. gets sucked in it becomes part of that galaxy.

Almost everyone, if not everyone, thinks that when an object like a planet or spaceship enters one of these they are destroyed into a trillion small fragments or they are chewed up and eaten. That isn't true. They aren't damaged in any way. All that happens to them is that disappear from what we call the normal universe.

Some, if not a lot or most, believe they are entrances into parallel universes. That isn't true either. Not because they are universes instead of galaxies. It's because they aren't parallel. They are internal galaxies. Which could become a internal universe in several zillion years.

The closest thing go the truth has been the Star Trek television shows. It started with The Next Generation when Wormholes were mentioned. But it was Deep Space Nine that dived into it whenever they entered just the Wormhole. It didn't show what a real SpaceHole looked like, but it did show that it was more than just death.

Sometimes I wonder about Gene Roddenberry being a lot like me. His vision of Space was almost the truth. He probably only changed it slightly so that no one would think that he was as crazy as I am.
