Promptly Potter Quotes Story/Poem Challenge Day 3

On a snowy, cold day, she went outside
to feed her horse. The drifts were bad
and she made it to the barn to feed her
horse. She fed him some hay and an apple.

She gave him a hug and a kiss on his nose.
She gave him some fresh water and then she
fell. "Oh, great," she said. "I am cold and"
"Wet" he said truthfully. Her horse talked!

"You can talk? Since when?" she asked.
"Newt waved his wand and made me talk."
"Newt is fictional. He is a fictional
movie character. Wait, you're talking!"

The woman woke up and she was in her living
room. Just a dream. She smiled and went out
to check on her horse. She saw Newt in the
barn. This couldn't be happening. Just couldn't.

Her horse winked at her and Newt disappeared.
The woman fed her horse and made a decision.
No more alcohol eggnog for her and no more staying
up late watching Mr. Ed and Fantastic Beasts movie!
