Supporters and deserters

Went to my first football game today. It was Seventh and Eighth grade level. My boy was in the marching band and they performed at half-time. It was early in the school year and they didn't even play their instruments, but they did really good marching and putting on a show. I was proud, once again. We left after half-time. Home team was losing 30 to 0 That sucked for them. I didn't care any for the sport, myself. I would rather have a book in my hands! I did, however, show support for my boy and that matters to me.
