Do you like autumn? Do you decorate for autumn?

I love autumn. I love the green, orange and yellow leaves. I like the feel of the air and enjoy a nice gentle rain. The mist looks pretty and it is in between seasons. I love it.

I like to decorate with pumpkins, orange and white ones. I put them in my yard. This answers another prompt about pumpkins. I don't carve them. I just like pumpkins and it makes a yard look like a scene out of Country Living Magazine.

I have owl salt and pepper shakers and owl figurine statutes and a fox plate and fox salt and pepper shakers. To me, this is autumn.

Do you ever press fallen leaves inside wax paper and use them as pictures?

I did in grade school. Mom would save them in a scrapbook but threw them away in later years.

Do you wish autumn would take the place of winter?

Yes! I could live with it being autumn in the winter and in the 60's. I would want snow for Christmas, a little cold and then go back to being autumn.

What last minute projects do you do while it still autumn before winter strikes?

Visit my cat Tigger's grave. Put my lawn ornaments away. Bake a Halloween cake that looks like a pumpkin.

Do you like Halloween?

Yes. I love black cats, pumpkins, witches, vampires, eerie feeling, candy, seeing Halloween costumes and watching Halloween movies.

Do you dress up for Halloween? What costume do you wear if you do?

I am going to wear my lavender and purple skirt and blouse I wore as Lady Mary Crowley for the c1920's and Downton Abbey Tea I went to. I haven't dressed up for Halloween in years. I am this year.

Do you decorate for Halloween?

I decorate with pumpkins, a stuffed black cat, a Halloween Merry Go Round with Dracula, Mummy, witch and werewolf. I have Raggedy Ann and Andy statues with a cat and a dog carrying pumpkins and Trick Er Treat Bags. I have a Minnie Mouse Witch, beanie black cats, "Twilight" Vampire dolls and another Vampire Doll. A dancing Frankenstine monster doll. I have Halloween Table cloths I use.

Do you write Halloween stories?

If I think of something. I watch for contests featuring Halloween prompts and then write stories.
