Do you like critiques giving or receiving?
I hate critiques but I know they are helpful when needed. Sometimes, I make believe a person who is giving critiques is a editor or a teacher. Then I am able to take what they say and use it. If someone gives the right critique then it is not hard to take you can learn from it.
