Day 96 Give It A 100 Trip To Frankenmuth, Michigan
My husband, mother and I went to Frankenmuth, Michigan. It is a five hour drive from where we live in Indiana. It is a German based town and they are famous for their Christmas Store. I bought a mermaid ornament fore a friend, a fairy ornament for me, a Nurse ornament, a knight in shining armor{I have my own knight! My husband says he thought he was my tractor knight. I reminded him that he is!} and I bought a stuffed wolf and I bought a shiny Victorian ornament for my mother. My mother bought me Rudolph and Santa Claus Snowbabies. I also got my little purple pony Snowbabies statue. I love them.

I found a neat fairy and wolves statue but it was too expensive. We ate at a Bavarian restaurant where we got chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, dressing, noodles and peas. They have good food here. There were horse drawn carriages. A neat river where you can take a boat ride but we didn't. We walked over a bridge over the water. My mother bought some clothes at Chicos.

We stayed at a nice hotel. We shopped at a cheese store and I found a big purple hat head band with flowers that I fell in love with. I found me a Bath and Body Store. I had to buy my favorites.

I bought some cinnamon bread which has carmel frosting on it.

We are home now and am on vacation for 2 more days from work. We go to Frankenmuth every 2 years. I do love to go.
