Waiting

I have a lot of trouble waiting and being faithful in the course of the storms of life. I am definitely being tested.
The movers finally made to our place. They tell you they may be there several days before and they mean it. Then they come and check distance and want to tack on more fees. I confess I lost it. They seem to always find a reason to add on to the original estimate. It was real nice to get our Stuff even if some things broke. Maybe that is a penalty paid for fussing. The movers seemed anything but careful.
The toughest wait is not knowing when my job will arrive. I talked to an agency that has a connection where I worked in Kansas city. They do not have orientation until the middle of August. I think I will go crazy.
Then there is the wait for my wife, friendship and a sense that we can and WILL survive. Our present place was acquired for our pets. It is too expensive and too small. God is trying my soul.
I wait for a church I can call home. I must wait knowing all good things come to those who wait!!!😇
