Knowledge, Imagination, Thinking Stories
BCOF Prompt: "I am enough of an artist to draw freely upon my imagination. Imagination is more important then knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world." Albert Einstein As a writer, poet or artist, what do you have to say about this statement?

I think Albert Einstein was a nut. Imagination and knowledge go hand in hand. You need both. Knowledge isn't limited. The brain can store a lot of knowledge. Imagination enhances your knowledge. You need knowledge and your imagination takes over. Imagination is great. No knowledge, no imagination. You have to start with knowledge and know something. Einstein was what, a genius? I never cared for his concepts. I draw my own conclusions.

Blog City Prompt: Lisa Cron, author if Wired For Story claims our brains are hard wired to think in story. "Without stories, we are toast." Do you believe she is correct and do you find yourself thinking in stories?

We need to think in order to write a story. Some authors I have read, their stories are toast and I don't feel they were thinking. I find myself thinking when I read and write stories. Thinking refills my imagination.
