Pink is the colour,
It lights up the room.
A soft furry blanket,
A primrose in bloom.

Swathes of fresh candyfloss
Spun at the fair.
A sugar topped cupcake
Or shock of bright hair.

Flocks of flamingos
And sounders of swine,
A sparkling bottle
Of cold rose wine!

Ice cream and jelly beans
Tempting and bright.
Strawberry milkshake,
Turkish delight!

My handbag, my brush -
