Health Advice, Bad Manners
Prompt: What is the best piece of health advice you have ever received? Did you follow it? Why or why not?

I have had surgeries and I go to the Doctor a lot and have received so much advice. Getting medical tests done, getting blood tests done, walking after surgery and going to Rehab { I didn't want to and this was some good sound advice} really helped after my first surgery when I couldn't walk after being on a breathing tube. Taking Zinc pills, keeping my doctor visits, my Doctor and surgeon telling me to trust them and that they would help me, well they did. Telling me to go on Probiotics was a help. Working in health care myself, most of the time, the Doctors are right and there are times like seriously? I do all I can to follow my Doctor's advice. Being diabetic, high blood pressure, well I need to follow their advice.

Prompt: Is it bad manners when you are invited to a party, to ask the hostess who else will be there?

No, not really. I don't think the hostess wants a scene, so it is good to ask who will be there. I don't want to be around someone I don't care for. I don't think it is bad manners.
